After tragedies, the debate regarding the interpretation of the Second Amendment inevitably receives the national spotlight. The reality is that the government cannot guarantee the safety of its citizens. Having the ability and the capability to protect yourself, your family and others from armed attacks is a personal responsibility; the government should not deny responsible adults the ability to do so legally.  Our laws should not prevent or deter the lawful use of firearms to prevent such activity.
